Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Costs
The listed prices of our items do not include shipping costs.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
2. Processing Time
We aim to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment.
No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped by default via PostNL.
If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us to arrange this together.
4. Insured Shipping
The products are not insured. At checkout, you can choose to add insurance. This costs 1% of the total value, with a minimum flat fee of €10.
5. Liability During Transport
The risk of loss, theft, or damage during transport lies with the buyer.
In the event of a dispute, only the carrier (PostNL) is responsible.
If such a situation occurs, we will assist with submitting the claim to the carrier.
6. Address Responsibility
The delivery address provided by the customer at checkout is binding.
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or any resulting consequences.
Return Policy

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it.
2. Conditions for Returns
The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Returns are only accepted if the item has not been damaged, altered, worn, or used.
The return package must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
3. Return Notification
Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us of your return request by email.
We will then provide instructions for returning the item(s).
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs from the original delivery are non-refundable.
5. Packaging and Return Shipment
The buyer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the return.
The shipping risk for returns lies entirely with the buyer.
We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the proof of shipment until your return has been confirmed by us.
6. Processing and Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within the statutory 14-day period using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
