Description
Original pair of brass jugular straps from a French sappers-pompiers helmet, period ca. 1870-1900 (model 1885 type).
The straps are crafted from pressed brass with a classic scale pattern. The top features a round mounting plate with a central mounting hole. They have a beautiful, authentic patina appropriate for their age.
