Een zeldzaam metalen, geëmailleerd Oostenrijks militair insigne van het Ausbildungsregiment 2.
Het insigne toont een rood kruis met de esculaap, het symbool van de geneeskundige dienst. Bovenaan staat “AUSB RGT 2”, de afkorting van Ausbildungsregiment 2, oftewel Opleidingsregiment 2. Onderaan staat “SAN AUSB KP”, de afkorting van Sanitäts-Ausbildungskompanie, oftewel Medische opleidingscompagnie.
