Description
Original German 1 May 1937 Tinnie from the Third Reich period. This commemorative badge was issued to mark the celebration of 1 May 1937 (Labour Day).
The front depicts a child with an oak branch, standing on an eagle. The reverse is marked “CHR. BAUER WELZHEIM”, a well-known German manufacturer of tinnies and badges from the 1930s.
