Description
Original American USAAF officer’s visor cap (“crusher cap”) from World War II. This type of cap was worn by officers and aircrew of the United States Army Air Forces, including pilots, co-pilots, navigators, and bombardiers.
The cap is in a khaki summer version with a brown leather visor and features the original American officer's insignia. In beautiful condition with normal signs of wear commensurate with its age. The interior still has the original lining, sweatband, and stamps/markings. There is a small hole on the top right of the cap.
