Description
Original Bavarian Pickelhaube Wappen, model 1895, made for Reserve/Landwehr.
The Wappen is made in a brass gold-colored version with a contrasting silver-colored cross. It shows the large Bavarian coat of arms with the two crowned lions, the Bavarian royal crown and the famous motto “IN TREUE FEST” on the lower banner.
Characteristic of the M1886 model are the leaves incorporated between the legs of the lions.
Both mounting eyelets on the back are present.
