Description
Original helmet plaque with the Bavarian coat of arms and the well-known motto "In Treue Fest" (In Treue Fest). The plaque shows a crowned coat of arms with two lions as shield holders.
The piece is made of copper-colored brass and has one mounting loop on the back to fit it to an M1895 German pickelhaube helmet, the other loose one is missing.
