Very fine Bulgarian Red Cross gilt brass breast badge from the period of the First World War, issued under the Kingdom of Bulgaria.
This badge was worn by officers, military doctors and high-ranking officials of the Bulgarian Red Cross and is clearly of a higher quality than standard volunteer badges.
