Original German tinnie / day badge with the text “Ewig bleibt der Toten Tatenruhm” (Eternal remains the fame of the deeds of the fallen) and the date 25. Juli 1934–1938.

This badge was issued to commemorate the failed National Socialist coup in Austria on July 25, 1934, in which Austrian Nazis attempted to overthrow the government. The 1938 issue, after the Anschluss, served as a propaganda commemorative badge for the participants who died.

The badge is made of light metal with a gold-colored finish and features the original horizontal pin on the reverse.
