Description
Sleeve shield Blok-Ploeg LB The Air Raid Protection Service wore white cotton armbands with black print in the early 1940s. Because the armbands quickly became dirty and damaged, a replacement was sought. In mid-1943 they switched to a black enameled sleeve shield with white lettering. In this case Blok-Ploeg LB. Still in good condition.
