Description

This is a commemorative plaque of the liberation of Eindhoven on September 18, 1944, made in Delft blue style and produced by Mosa (Maastricht) in the post-war period.

The star and flag motifs refer to the Allies (particularly the British and American forces)

The building you see is St. Catherine's Church in the center of Eindhoven, surrounded by cityscapes. This church was and remains a recognizable symbol of the city.
