Liberation memorial plaque, with the text "Herrijzend Nederland naar Vrede en Prospervaar" (Rising Netherlands to Peace and Prosperity). The plaque depicts a horseman trampling on a flag with a swastika. Maastricht is depicted in the background, and the Dutch flag is on the left and the English and American flags on the right.
