Description
Bronze medal in the shape of a cross, with crossed swords and a richly detailed design. The obverse features a wreath of oak and laurel leaves surrounding the portrait of King Peter I of Serbia, with the dates 1914–1918 in Cyrillic script.
The reverse shows a crowned, double-headed eagle with the Serbian coat of arms in the center. The arms of the cross bear the dates 1915, 1916, and 1917.
Original ribbon in the national colours of Serbia (red, blue and white), traditionally mounted.
Packaged in the original light blue cardboard box with the dates 1914-1918 on the lid.
Issued to Serbian and foreign military personnel and civilians who contributed to the country's interests during World War I.
