Original WWII German Ordnungspolizei visor cap (“Alter Art”)
Original German Ordnungspolizei (Orpo) visor cap from World War II, so-called "Alter Art" crusher model.
Alter Art = old model / early version of the cap
This cap is made in the characteristic green color with a dark band and green piping, as worn by German police units in WWII. Featuring a BeVo woven police insignia (eagle) and cockade on the front.
No maker's mark present (common for this type)
Size 56 with marking inside
